Program Cost
The cost of the program for Fall 2007 is $5500 per semester, or $27,500 over five semesters, which includes tuition, fees, books and class materials,
meals during special events, laptop computer, PDA, membership in the Association for Computing Machinery, professional certification, and a graduation
banquet and hooding ceremony. This cost is fixed per cohort, and will not increase for students once they join a cohort.
Fee Schedule and Deadlines
$5500 per semester tuition is prorated over the length of the program and will be due on or before the first day of class each semester.
Tuition Payment
Payment of the $5500 semester tuition fee can be made by check, credit card, or cash.
- Checks are sent to the Kennesaw State University, Bursar's Office, 1000 Chastain Road, MB #0503, Kennesaw, GA 30144-5591.
- Credit card payments are made by contacting the Bursar's Office at 770-499-3294.
- Cash payments must be made at the Cashier's Window in the Student Center.
- Credit card transations will have a surcharge added, see the bursars office web site for details.
- If Tuition is Paid by Company, in most instances, a company will not pay tuition until after grades are assigned; this is typically a reimbursement.
- The amount must be paid at the beginning of the semester, so the student must first pay the tuition and then be re-imbursed by their employer or make other arrangements.
- Any questions regarding payment of tuition should be directed to Tasha Dennis in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems, located in the Ann & John Clendenin Computer Science building.
Refund Policy for Withdrawing from Classes
The following refund policy is in effect:
- Students withdrawing from classes prior to the last day to withdraw from classes for that term, will receive a 30% refund.
- Students withdrawing from classes after the last day to withdraw from classes for that term, will receive NO refund.
